Billing Policy
Our practice is a mixed billing clinic. Payment is required at the time of consultation.
Medicare rebates can be processed at reception and paid back to your debit card. Bulk billing may be available for eligible patients at the doctor’s discretion. Medicare rebates are processed instantly at reception and refunded to your debit card.

We bulk bill all concession / health care card patients.
Telehealth appointments are available for existing patients who have attended the clinic in the last 12 months.
Bulk Billing Eligibility
Bulk billing is available for:
Children under 16
Pensioner + health care concession card holders
DVA Gold card holders
Please note that bulk billing is at the discretion of the treating doctor.
